- Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items showing signs of use, damage, or missing packaging will not be accepted.
Delivery & Fees
- Delivery fees are non‑refundable.
- A delivery fee will be deducted when processing an exchange.
- Customers are responsible for all return or re‑delivery shipping costs.
Processing Time
- Exchange requests are processed within 1–3 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
