Return & Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items showing signs of use, damage, or missing packaging will not be accepted.

Delivery & Fees

  • Delivery fees are non‑refundable.
  • A delivery fee will be deducted when processing an exchange.
  • Customers are responsible for all return or re‑delivery shipping costs.

Processing Time

  • Exchange requests are processed within 1–3 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Non‑Exchangeable Items

  • Personalized items, promotional giveaways, and products damaged due to misuse cannot be exchanged.
