Order Processing
Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be processed before dispatch.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is 1–2 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by circumstances outside PRVYIT’s control, including weather, public holidays, carrier delays, or other operational disruptions.
Delivery Delays
While we aim to deliver orders within the stated timeframe, we do not guarantee an exact delivery date or time. If there is a material delay affecting your order, please contact us at prvyit@gmail.com.
Order Cancellation
You may request to cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it, provided that it has not already been prepared or dispatched. To request cancellation, email prvyit@gmail.com with the subject line “CANCEL” and include your order number.
If the order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Please refer to the Refund Policy for exchange eligibility and instructions.
Incorrect Delivery Address
If you entered an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, contact us immediately at prvyit@gmail.com and include your order number and the correct address. If the order has not been dispatched, we will make reasonable efforts to update the delivery information. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has been dispatched.
